Dominik Łukaszewski

Having completed with distinction the Salesian Music School in Lutomiersk, he continued his studies with Martin Schmeding at the “Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy” Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Leipzig. In 2018 he gained a diploma in organ performance from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, where he studied with Józef Serafin and Jarosław Wróblewski. He developed his skills on student-exchange programmes at Rice University in Houston (USA) in 2017, and in Lubeck (Germany) in 2014-2015 (under the guidance of Arvid Gast). He is a prizewinner of several competitions, including the 7th Competition for Young Organists in Białystok (Second Prize), the 4th ”Romuald Sroczyński in memoriam” Student Organ Competition in Poznań (Second Prize) and the 3rd “Baroque and Romanticism” International Organ Competition in Katowice (Third Prize). He is regularly invited to perform at organ festivals in Poland and abroad (Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Lithuania, the United States).

In 2018 he began his doctoral studies at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw.

He holds the position of titular organist at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Grace in Warsaw.

In 2017 he joined the Cantores Minores Choir.
